Taskpath
AI proposes · People approve · Your infrastructure stays the substrate

Automate work through the tools you already use.

A private, permission-aware AI companion for your email, shared folders, forms, and webhooks. It gathers cited evidence, asks people when it's unsure, drafts the output — and waits for a human to approve before anything consequential happens.

One governed loop, from intake to done

Every task travels the same path — and the human-approval step is part of the loop, not a setting you can forget.

1

Work arrives

Email, file, form, or webhook

2

Gather evidence

Approved sources · cited

3

Ask a person

Only when it's unsure

4

Draft

An answer or an action

You approve

Nothing sends first

Done

Logged & auditable

Set up in an afternoon

No migration, no new place for your team to live. Point it at one channel and go.

Step 1

Connect one channel

A mailbox, a Nextcloud folder, a form, or a webhook. Keep everything where it already is.

Step 2

Import a template

Start from a ready-made workflow — ask, reply, or intake — or describe your own in plain language.

Step 3

Watch the first task run

Trigger it, review the evidence and the draft, approve. You're live.

Three ways to start

Pick one concrete workflow. Here's what each one actually does.

Ask the organization

A cited answer, or an honest "I don't know."

Q · What's our refund policy for orders over 30 days?

A · Orders over 30 days qualify for store credit rather than a cash refund.

📄 Refund Policy v3 📄 Ops Handbook

Ask by email, form, or webhook. Answers are grounded in approved sources — never invented.

Prepare a reply

It drafts. You approve. Then it sends.

Awaiting your approval

"Hi — you're eligible for a full refund on order 1234. I've started it; you'll see it in 3–5 days."

Approve & send Edit Reject

Forward a thread; the companion gathers context and proposes a response. Nothing sends until you say so.

Process a folder

Drop a file in. It files itself.

Invoice 98% confident → /Completed

Watch a WebDAV/Nextcloud folder. Low-confidence files are parked for a human instead of guessed.

Safe by design

The guarantees are structural, not settings you have to remember to turn on.

Deploy where your data belongs

EU-hosted or self-hosted

Run it as a managed EU-sovereign workspace, or self-host on your own infrastructure. One database, one deploy, no closed-cloud lock-in.

Your AI provider

Bring an EU-hosted model (e.g. Mistral) or run fully offline. External model access is an explicit, auditable policy — off by default.

Questions

How is this different from the AI assistants built into Microsoft, Google, or Atlassian? +

Those build intelligence into their own closed work graphs — and pull your data further into them. This runs over the mixed, open infrastructure you already use (email, Nextcloud, WebDAV, folders, webhooks), keeps your data where it is, and gates every consequential action behind a human.

Does it ever send emails or take actions on its own? +

No. It drafts and proposes; external or high-impact actions always wait for a person to approve. The model never authorizes or executes anything by itself.

Where does my data live? +

EU-hosted as a managed workspace, or self-hosted on your own infrastructure. Your data does not have to move to have AI work on it, and external model access is off unless you turn it on.

What does it connect to? +

Email/IMAP, Nextcloud and generic WebDAV, web forms, and signed webhooks today — with more channels added as pilots need them.

Do I have to migrate anything to try it? +

No. Connect a single channel, import a template, and run one workflow. You can expand from there.
